Acceptance of Terms

Account Creation & Security
To open an account on dk wing, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited. If the information provided at registration is found to be false or misleading, dk wing reserves the right to close the account without notice.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. dk wing verifies each account's identity through KYC checks and may request additional documents when necessary.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must act honestly and responsibly while using the dk wing platform. Fraud, gaining unfair advantages, attempting to hack the system, or disrupting normal platform operations are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, and the associated funds may be forfeited.

General Platform Usage Rules

Using platform information for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is prohibited. dk wing is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors or temporary service disruptions. We reserve the right to review any account's activity at any time to ensure fair use of our services.
Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
Deposit Policy
All financial transactions on dk wing are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits must be made using approved payment methods, including mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is subject to change, and the latest information is always available in the Cashier section of the platform. Payments from third-party accounts or unidentified sources are not accepted and will be subject to investigation. Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within a few minutes, though delays may occur due to banking processing times.
Withdrawal Policy
KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the user's own name — funds will not be sent to third-party accounts. Processing a withdrawal typically takes 24–72 hours. dk wing reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request or request additional information for security verification purposes. Funds tied to unmet bonus conditions cannot be withdrawn.
Fraud Prevention & Liability
Dk wing strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. If suspicious transactions or unusual activity are detected on any account, that account may be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the associated balance will be forfeited and the relevant authorities will be notified as required. Users are responsible for keeping their payment information accurate and up to date.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
The dk wing platform is provided "as is" with no guarantees of fitness for any particular purpose. dk wing is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical errors, internet disruptions, server downtime, or other unforeseen circumstances. dk wing's decisions on betting outcomes are final and cannot be influenced by external parties. Since users access the platform voluntarily, any financial losses from betting are the user's sole responsibility. Our maximum liability in any single case shall not exceed the user's actual deposited amount.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Dk wing reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse, or security risks. Users will be notified by email upon account suspension and may contact our support team to raise a dispute. In cases of serious violations, accounts may be closed without prior notice and funds may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time; however, any bonus balance will be cancelled if the applicable bonus conditions have not been met. Even after account closure, transaction records will be retained for the required period in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the dk wing platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of dk wing and is protected under applicable law. Users may view platform content for personal use only. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any content without authorization is strictly prohibited. dk wing reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or brand name is also prohibited.
